Our dining menu is made up of classic dishes with a special twist from our talented chefs so your food is just as special as the lake views. We offer full course meals with delicious entrees, sides, and desserts. Alcoholic beverages are not provided but may be brought along by guests with no added fee.

 – Tender, slow-grilled tri-tip seasoned with Santa Maria-style spices
